To all North East Florida Veterans Council Members, future members and other Veterans Advocate Groups or Organization. Our
City of Jacksonville, Duval County Northeast Florida Veterans Council is up and going and overseeing that our Veterans Organization
gets the communication from the City Council, Mayor's Office, Duval County Veterans Services, VA Veterans Center. We need
every Organization Leaderships, Support, Commitments and their individual heart desires to served those who served and continue
to serve , needs us to help them and their families to run the course of Promised Benefits long and winding road.

. By virtue of their common
need and interest to organize for community and other related purposes as hereinafter stated, the City of Jacksonville and
the Northeast Florida veterans organizations, active and reserve military organizations, military retiree associations, and
auxiliaries of same, and such other organizations concerned with the welfare and programs of veterans and their dependents
as hereinafter noted, band themselves together and hereby establish the Northeast Florida Veterans Council.
